En Route to the Cliffs

We stopped along the Coast Road on our way to the Cliffs of Moher. The rock formations along the coast were unbelievable--moonscape came to mind. The girls were off and running towards the ocean.....water and kids......some magnetic pull I think. Here too they started hunting for shells. They did find something that looks like a limpet, only bigger. Lucy had a pocket full of rocks and shells. She jingled when she walked.

It was only a matter of time........so many rocks, so little time.

Walking along the Atlantic Ocean

The tide was out when we stopped here......you can just see the boats in the backround resting on the ground. The girls instantly got into their seashell hunting "stoop" and came back with mussels and small live snails. That's seaweed covering all the rocks.
